Umberto I overprinted issue of 1890-91

Three values of the Umberto issue were overprinted with a new value. The 5 centesimi green was overprinted 2 Cmi, and on one stamp of the sheet the base of the 2 is much thinner than normal.

Normal overprint on the left; 'Thin foot' overprint on the right Sassone 56/56b.
