The Italian Post Office in Scutari di Albania opened on the 1st November 1901 and closed on 31st December 1922.

As for other post offices, in February 1909 seven denominations were created by overprinting Italian stamps along with the denomination in Turkish currency. An 8th value, 40 piastre on 10 lire, was issued January 1911. The 4 para followed in 1915 and the 30 para on 20c on 15c in 1916.

30 Para on 15c Sassone 3.	40 Piastre on 10 lire Sassone 8.
4 Para on 2c Sassone 9.	30 Para on 20c on 15c Sassone 10.
