War Propaganda Postal Issues

Four types in each of three denominations were issued on 14th August 1942. The series was used with several types of overprint during the period of the Italian Social Republic.

Navy: 25c green Discipline is the Weapon of Victory Sassone 1	Army: 30c brown Arms and Hearts should be guided towards the goal Sassone 6
Militia: 30c brown The Tripartate will be victorius The Tripartite was the agreement between Germany, Italy and Japan. Sassone 8	Air Force: 50c violet Everything and everyone for Victory Sassone 11

Unissued War Propaganda Air Mail Issues

Three airmail versions were prepared but not issued as by the time they were ready the sentiments expressed thereon were no longer realistic, as an Allied victory was imminent!
