Two stamps were issued in 1950 to commemorate the International Radio Conference held in Florence and Rapallo to agree the use of HF (Short wave) for broadcasting. Both have the same design, the 20 lire being in violet.
In mint condition the 55 lire in blue is a scarce stamp, but in the UK is found used more often than the 20 lire.
